The Bible According To Mechanical Turk Workers

Revelation 15:1-8

Revelation 15:1 - As I looked up towards heaven, I saw another amazing sign from God: the seven plagues had been inflicted upon seven different angels as punishment for angering God. [Turker's Comment: Seven angels made God angry and were infected with plagues. I assume that this is a bible passage.]

Revelation 15:2 - And I saw it as a glassy sea infused with a fire: and those who had been victorious over the Beast, over his image, over his mark, and over his identifying number, stood on that sea, holding the instruments of the Creator. [Turker's Comment: Once again, part of Revelations' symbolic narrative, referring to the Lake of Fire and how the faithful, who had resisted the Beast, would stand above it (what the harps have to do with it is not obvious from this excerpt out of context).]

Revelation 15:3 - They sang about how awesome God is. It is the same song that Moses, God’s servant sang. [Turker's Comment: God is awesome according to these people.]

Revelation 15:4 - Who in the world will not respect the Lord and praise His name? You are holy:and everyone around the world will come and worship You; because Your fairness is apparent to all. [Turker's Comment: One day everyone on earth will realize and understand who God really is and on that day,we will all fall at His feet to worship and glorify Him.]

Revelation 15:5 - I scoped it out, and WOW! There was this strange temple with a faded sign reading Tabernacle of the Testimony in Heaven:; [Turker's Comment: Some guy saw a temple of a tabernacle with some testimony in heaven.]

Revelation 15:6 - Seven unvaccinated angels emerged from the temple wearing designer linens and girdles. [Turker's Comment: Sounds like some angels showing off, but that plague is going to do them in pretty fast.]

Revelation 15:7 - The seven angels received seven golden vials containing God’s own judgement, from one of the four savage beasts; [Turker's Comment: This sounds like Revelations.]

Revelation 15:8 - And the temple was inundated with the holy smoke issuing from God’s glory, and from His power; and no person could go into the temple until the seven angels had completed the unleashing of the seven plagues. [Turker's Comment: Revelations: the temple was not to be approached until the plagues were all released upon the Earth.]
