The Turker’s Gospel

The Bible According To Mechanical Turk Workers

Matthew 28:1-10

28:1 - Toward the end of the Sabbath, near dawn, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb.

28:2 - And there was a huge earthquake, because the angel of the Lord had come down from heaven and rolled the stone away from the door, and sat on it.

28:3 - His whole appearance was electrifying in its brilliance, and his garments snow white.

28:4 - The keepers feared him and shook like dead men.

28:5 - And the angel replied to the woman, Don’t be afraid, because I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified.

28:6 - He is no longer in the tomb because he has risen from the dead as he prophesied. Let’s go and view the tomb where Jesus had been.

28:7 - Go and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead and is on hos way to Galilee. You will see him there.

28:8 - They left the tomb rapidly with both fear and happiness and ran to tell the disciples.

28:9 - On the way to tell his disciples, Jesus himself met them. They immediately fell upon him and worshiped him.

28:10 - Then Jesus told them, Don’t be afraid: go instruct my brothers to go to Galilee, and we’ll re-connect there.

Matthew 28:11-20

28:11 - Trying to leave the city the chief priests were shewed for all that was done.

28:12 - After assembling with the elders it was decided to give a small fortune to the soldiers.

28:13 - He said that his followers came at night, and took him away while we were sleeping.

28:14 - If this reaches the governor’s ears, we will convince him, and we will keep you safe.

28:15 - Jews do as they’re taught about money.

28:16 - Then the eleven disciples went away to Galilee, to the mountains to which Jesus had sent them.

28:17 - When they saw him, they worshiped him, however there were some doubters.

28:18 - And Jesus came and said to them, All the power in heaven and earth has been given to me.

28:19 - Go out and teach the people of all the nations, and baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost:

28:20 - And Jesus told them to follow his Word and remember that although he would not be with him on this earth, he would still be with them until the world was no more. And so be it.
