23:31 - What will happen in the dry, if they do these things in a green tree?
23:32 - There were two other criminals who were led away with Jesus to be put to death with Him.
23:33 - And so it came to pass that Jesus was crucified at Calvary between two men.
23:34 - Jesus said to God, forgive them since they are unaware of the wrong they do. And they took his clothes and started betting on the outcome.
23:35 - Everybody stood around and wouldn’t help because if he was really Christ, he would save himself.
23:36 - The soldiers made fun of him too and and offered him vinegar to drink.
23:37 - They said, If you are the king of the Jews then prove it by doing something to save yourself.
23:38 - A sign was hung over him in Greek, Latin, and Hebrew, which said, This is the King of the Jews.
23:39 - One of the criminals that were being hanged criticized him, saying, If you are Christ, then save yourself and all of us.
23:40 - But the other scolded him and asked, Don’t you respect God, since you’re in the same fix?
