8:41 - A man named Jairus, who was the head of the synagogue. fell down at Jesus’ feet and begged him to come into his house.
8:42 - He only had one 12-year-old daughter and even though she lay dying, people crowded him as he left her side.
8:43 - And a woman with bleeding problems for 12 years, who had spent her whole life visiting doctors, none of whom could find a reason or a cure for her condition,
8:44 - Came up behind him and touched the edge of his clothing: and immediately her blood stained his clothing.
8:45 - Jesus turned and asked, Who touched me? When no one would admit to touching him, Peter and the other disciples said, Teacher, you are constantly being bumped and touched in this crowd, and you ask, Who touched me?
8:46 - Jesus said that he knew someone touched him because he could feel that some virtue had left him.
8:47 - When the woman realized that he knew it was her, she was very afraid, shaking and stumbling, and she stood before all the people in the crowd and told him why she had touched him and that she had been healed.
8:48 - He said to her, Young Lady it is O.K: your faith has cured you: go and be happy.
8:49 - He ask Him not to trouble himself because his daughter was dead.
8:50 - But when Jesus heard him, he answered, saying, Fear not: if you will only believe, she will be made whole.
