8:31 - The demons begged Jesus not to send them to Hell.
8:32 - And there was a lot of swine feeding voices in the mountain; And they invite him to eat with them in dinner to bond with them. And he eat his dinner with them.
8:33 - The whole group of demons went out of the man and they went into a herd of pigs. That whole herd of pigs began to run and they ran over a cliff, into the lake, and they drowned.
8:34 - When those who served the food saw what had been done they ran away to tell others throughout the area.
8:35 - The people came out to see what was going on. They saw Jesus and then saw the man from whom the demons came out. The man was sitting near Jesus, at His feet, and he wasn’t crazy anymore–his behavior was normal. This made the people afraid.
8:36 - Those who saw this, relayed to them that the man was overtaken by demons, but was made well.
8:37 - Then lots of the country round about Gadarenes asked him to leave them, because they were scared, and he went into his boat and returned again.
8:38 - The man who had demons cast out of him asked him if he could go with him: but Jesus told him to go back, saying,
8:39 - Return to your home and show the great things God has done for you. And he went and told everyone in the city about the great things Jesus had done for him.
8:40 - When Jesus came back, the people took him in gladly, because they had all been waiting for his return.
