27:61 - And Mary Magdalene, as well as the other Mary, were there sitting over across from the grave.
27:62 - The day after their preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees approached Pilate,
27:63 - Saying, Sir, we remember what that liar said before he died. He said, After three days, I will rise again.
27:64 - Command your soldiers to guard the burial chamber until three days have passed, otherwise, his followers might come at night, and steal his body, and tell the people, He has risen from the dead: then we would be in more trouble than we were to start with.
27:65 - Pilate told them, Be on guard: go on your way, do the best you can.
27:66 - They made sure the sepulcher was secure by sealing it with a large stone, and then they appointed a man to keep watch over it.
