23:21 - Whoever swears by the temple shall also swear by the people that live in it.
23:22 - Him that swears himself to heaven, swears to the seat of God and God upon it.
23:23 - Scribes and Pharisees, you miserable hypocrites, you pay the tithe, with your mint and anise and cummin, but ignore the more important things, of the law, like judgment, mercy and faith; one is no good without the other.
23:24 - You carefully strain out a gnat yet eagerly ingest a whole camel.
23:25 - Shame on you, scribes and Pharisees. You don’t practice what you preach–you wash the outsides of the vessels you use for food but the insides are full of selfishness and sin.
23:26 - You blind Pharisee! Clean in the inside of the cup and dish so that they can be clean on the outside as well.
23:27 - After death, When the body white bone is beautiful after cleaning.
23:28 - You look good on the outside, but on the inside you’re full of hypocrisy and evil.
23:29 - Be careful, scribes and Pharisees, you are being false! You construct the monuments of the dead prophets, and dress the death chambers of the pure,
23:30 - In the blood of the prophets we would not partake in the day’s of our father’s.
