11:21 - May you regret what you have done, Chorazin! May you regret it too, Bethsaida! If Tyre and Sidon were as privileged as you in receiving spiritual enlightenment, they would have reconsidered and apologized long ago publicly in the most humble of ways.
11:22 - But I tell you, Tyre and Sidon will have more mercy on them when judgment comes, than you will.
11:23 - Oh Capernaum, which has received such glowing press, will now be savaged. For if all of those wonderful things which have been done in you, had been done in Sodom, it would will still be here today.
11:24 - I’m telling you now that my wrath will be lighter on Sodom on that final day than it will be for you.
11:25 - I praise you father for keeping certain things from the older and revealing only to the babies.
11:26 - Even so, Father: it just seemed right from your point of view.
11:27 - Everything comes to me from my Father; no one knows the Son, but the Father; in the same way, no one knows the Father except the Son, and those to whom I have revealed him.
11:28 - Come to me all that are tired, sore, and overworked, I will let you rest.
11:29 - Walk with me, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble: and you will find peace of mind.
11:30 - I have a good conscience.
