The Turker’s Gospel

The Bible According To Mechanical Turk Workers

Mark 14:21-30

14:21 - So Jesus will be leaving us, as was predicted in the writings; but woe to the one who betrayed Him! It would have been better for that man if he had never been born.

14:22 - During dinner, Jesus took up the bread, blessed it and broke off a piece saying to them, take this piece of bread and eat it for this is my body.

14:23 - And he took the cup, and after saying grace, he passed it around, and everyone drank from it.

14:24 - And he told them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is being poured out for many.

14:25 - Truly, I say this. I will not drink any more wine until I drink it in the Kingdom of God.

14:26 - After singing a hymn, they traveled up to the Mount of Olives.

14:27 - And Jesus said to them: You will all be upset because of me tonight, for it is preordained that I will strike down the shepherd and scatter his sheep.

14:28 - But after I have arisen, I will go to see you in Galilee.

14:29 - While others will be offended, Peter told him, I will not.

14:30 - And Jesus told him, I assure you, that this evening you will betray me three time before the rooster crows twice.
