14:11 - They were happy when they heard that, and promised to pay him; and he tried to figure out how he could manage to betray him.
14:12 - Traditionally the Passover lamb was killed on the first day of Passover; Jesus’s disciples were wondering how they were going to celebrate the Passover because they knew that certain preparations had to be made.
14:13 - Then he told two of his disciples to enter the city and follow a man carrying a water pitcher.
14:14 - And wherever you go, tell the man who is the head of the house, The Master asks, Where is the location of the assembly room for guests, where I can participate in the Jewish passover festival with my missionaries.
14:15 - He will show you a large room upstairs that is furnished and ready for you.
14:16 - His disciples entered the city and found it as he had described and then made arrangements for the passover.
14:17 - He arrived with twelve others in the evening.
14:18 - While sitting and eating Jesus said one of you that is in my company will betray me.
14:19 - They became full of sorrow and asked unto him one by one, Is it I? and another also asked Is it I?
14:20 - One of the twelve, in fact, one of them that is dunking bread in this dish with me now is he, replied Jesus to them all.
