Mark 8:21 - And he asked them, Why don’t you get it?
Mark 8:22 - When the man arrived in Bethsaida the people brought into his presence a blind man whom they asked him to touch.
Mark 8:23 - Because he couldn’t see anything, Jesus took him and led him away from the crowd, after which he rubbed his spittle on his eyelids and holding him, inquired as to whether he could see anything yet.
Mark 8:24 - While he was looking up he said, I see men as trees, walking.
Mark 8:25 - He then put his hands upon the blind man’s eyes and made him look up and his sight was restored.
Mark 8:26 - He told him to go home, stay away from town, and to tell no one.
Mark 8:27 - And Jesus and his disciples traveled to the towns of Caesarea Philippi: and along the way he asked them, Who do people say I am?
Mark 8:28 - They answered, John the Baptist. But some say, Elias. And the others, One of the prophets.
Mark 8:29 - And he asked, But who do you say I am? And Peter replied, You are the Christ.
Mark 8:30 - And he warned them that they should keep his presence secret.
